What sets you apart from your local competition?

Each salon has its own specifics that make it different from the others. The first thing I can say that distinguishes me is my love for what I do every day and how happy my clients leave the salon. The other thing is my approach to the client, the way I try to understand the desire of each one of them. I'm always looking for feedback on new services being offered. Another advantage of mine is continuous self-improvement and information about new developments.

What do you do to ensure client loyalty?

In today's competitive digital world, it must be approached with great care and professionalism. I show concern, I value them, and I am interested in the opinion of my customers. Feedback is very important!


What are your top tips for anyone starting out in the industry?

I believe that the most important thing is motivation and the desire to develop. I have seen people - experienced, with diplomas, with certificates and no desire for development in the work. I've also seen people with no experience who are passionate about it and want to learn and grow. These can not only catch up, but also overtake unmotivated professionals. Motivation is the strongest driver you can have.!
